The cylinders are designed for the forklifts with max. pressure of 18.1Mpa and operating temperature of -20℃～100 ℃ (for cold area: -40℃～90℃).

1. Thin diameter, light weight, high strength: the 2nd/3-stage and 2nd/2-stage cylinder features appropriate structure, thin diameter, high strength, and special welding technology. It is a high strength single-action piston sliding cylinder. With the central sliding block, the 2nd/2-stage cylinder achieves light weight and convenient oil supply.
2. Free installation: The pitch cylinder adopts the mechanism with variable stroke, which is easy to adapt to the pillar caster angle. Adjustment quantity is set at the installation position of the U-shaped ring, and slight adjustment can be made during installation. The piston rod end adopts the spherical pin bush, improving the follow-up to the pillar.
3. Sealing system: The sealing system made by Japan NOK Company can make sure the flexible actions and prevent the internal leakage.
4. Cylinder body: After roll finishing, the cylinder inner surface features flexible actions and better wear resistance.
5. Piston rod: The hard chrome plating (nickel chrome plate for special requirement) ensures the rust protection and wear resistance. In addition, the CNC numerical control tumbling ensures the evenness and high finish of the surface crazing, ensuring the goodness of the oil slick and improving the lifetime of the products.
6. Safety/buffer functions: The special safety valve can be installed to ensure the safety when the tubing is broken. In addition, buffering mechanism can be set in the 2/3-stage lift cylinder.
